Classes at the Center

Universal Compassion: Inspiring Solutions for Difficult Times.

Foundation Program: Joyful Path of Good Fortune

The Foundation Program is ideal for anyone wishing to take a structured, systematic approach to Kadampa Buddhism. Foundation Program classes focus in detail on one particular Dharma text at a time, and we are currently studying the book Universal Compassion by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Six Dharma books in all are covered within the Foundation Program, over the course of several years.

Each class includes chanted prayers, meditation, teachings, and partner and group discussions.

Enrollment is now open, and everyone is welcome to drop into one Foundation Program class prior to enrolling. Please inquire for details.
